Our Autumn 2025 newsletter The Woodford Wrap is here!
As the leaves turned and the air grew crisp, Woodford Manor Aged Care was alive with connection, creativity and community spirit throughout Autumn.
In March, we embraced the change of season with cosy gatherings and thoughtful activities. Residents enjoyed craft afternoons and musical performances that brought both nostalgia and joy. It was a lovely time for reflection and connection as we welcomed the cooler months together.
April brought a special sense of celebration. We marked Easter with beautiful decorations and a festive morning tea, and we were delighted to have visits from local school children, who brought laughter and lively conversation to the home. Anzac Day was observed with dignity and gratitude, as residents and staff came together to honour those who served.
May was all about movement, mindfulness and celebrating life. Our Mother’s Day high tea was a true highlight, filled with heartfelt moments and plenty of smiles. Residents also enjoyed wellness-focused activities, including gentle chair yoga and music therapy, which supported both body and mind.
It was a season filled with meaningful moments – big and small – and we’re so proud to share these highlights with you. Thank you to our wonderful community of residents, families and staff who made Autumn at Woodford Manor so special.
Stay tuned for more seasonal updates as we head into winter.
